Feel free to join either or both sessions, and to pass the information along to your family and friends - all are welcome! Yoga sessions can be purchased at $10 per session, and all proceeds will go to support advocacy and licensure efforts. Everyone who registers will be automatically registered in a draw to win a free ticket to Goat Yoga!


Yoga sessions will be held during the conference. You do not need to register for the conference to attend.

Description: Breathe, move and awaken with 30 minutes of power yoga flow infused with fun cardio and strengthening movements! Meng Wang (@mengwellness) is a dietetic intern, the owner of dreamwellness.co, and a highly sought-after yoga instructor both in-person and virtually.

Description: Join us for 40 minutes of Gently Yoga: An easy-paced class with an emphasis on gentle movement, sweet stretches, breathing, relaxation and meditation! Shraddha Hilda founded Mindful Yoga Studio (in Tucson, AZ) in 2012 to offer a safer space for students to explore, heal and transform their bodies and their lives. She guides students in a rhythm that allows them to move in harmony with their breath and stay open to the moment.
