Northern District Update

The Northern District of the Arizona Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (N-AZAND) is suspended pending the identification of volunteers for the N-AZAND Board of Directors.

The Northern District of the AZAND is seeking volunteers to join the N-AZAND Board of Directors.

Available positions include:

• President
• President-Elect
• Treasurer

The Northern District (N-AZAND) is for food and nutrition professionals who are Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) members living in Mohave, Yavapai, Coconino, Apache, and Navajo counties. Members from Gila County may also choose to be members of the Northern or Central District. 

We offer periodic meetings that provide you with the latest information in our field, continuing education units, and networking opportunities. Our association produces a quarterly newsletter to keep you informed of food and nutrition events occurring in Northern Arizona. And finally, there are many leadership opportunities. To help with our membership drive this year, the cost to join the Northern AZ District is FREE for all current Academy members which also includes student and retired AND members.
